Obsidian originates from Mexico and is also known as Volcanic Glass. It is a highly protective stone that shields us from external negativity as well as negativity that occurs from within ourselves. It's dark translucent physical appearance also reflects Obsidian's metaphysical qualities. The powerful protection stone helps us identify our own darkness and shines a light on it, helping to clear negativity away and invite in healing energy to guide us towards choosing self love.
