Whilst every care has been taken to make sure that the photographs, descriptions and specifications are listed correctly on our website, please be aware that some slight variations in colour or pattern may occur due to lighting and the nature of the product being photographed. All items are sold individually unless stated otherwise in the product descriptions. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us before placing an order so we can ensure you are receiving a product you are happy with.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Once you have placed your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- All orders are processed Monday - Friday, any orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Any orders placed after 12pm for Hermes Express Delivery, will be dispatched the next working day.
- If you wish to receive or pickup your order out of these times we may be able to accommodate, so please email us on email@example.com to enquire.
Is my package tracked?
All UK orders are sent with a tracked Hermes service.
Hermes Standard delivery (2-4 working days) - £3.90
Hermes Express delivery (1-2 working days) - £5.60
Hermes Express delivery (1-2 working days) - £6.10
Hermes Express delivery (1-2 working days) - £7.20
Hermes Express delivery (1-2 working days) - £9.10
Hermes Standard delivery (2-4 working days) - £8.50
Hermes Express delivery (1-2 working days) - £10.50
Is Local Collection Available?
- Orders can be collected Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
- A notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection - usually within 24 hours.

Can I request a delivery date?
All packages are delivered by a third party courier service. We cannot ensure they will be delivered on the requested days, however, we will make sure your order is on its way as soon as possible.
My package has arrived damaged, can I have a refund/exchange?
Our number one priority is to ensure you are happy with our products and our service. Although all items purchased from The Crystal Cube are carefully packaged with love and care, we do understand from time to time your items may be damaged in transit, missing on arrival or you may have received the wrong item.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. We will do our very best to resolve any concerns as soon as possible. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of The Crystal Cube.
In case of damaged items, we may ask for photographic evidence of packaging and the damaged goods. Upon acceptance of items deemed damaged, products may need to be returned to us before we can issue a refund. If this is the case, we will send you a prepaid returns label.
In the event you no longer want to keep your order, please email us within 14 days of receiving your items that you wish to process a refund. You will then have another 14 days in which to return the goods.
Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in an unused and resalable condition. If we find the item has not be returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package is returned to us. Alternatively you may return them in person.
Once the item has been received and checked, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the goods only. Please note, delivery charges are not refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email email@example.com with the subject line ‘Cancellation’ as soon as possible.
All prices displayed include VAT.
The contracts from the sales of goods by thecrystalcube.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of thecrystalcube.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. We cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using the products it sells.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order with The Crystal Cube you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Reiki is the art of healing, not the practice of medicine. Reiki is intended to be a supplement for, and not a substitute for professional medical care and treatment.
You should always remember to seek medical advice from a practitioner or a qualified doctor in the case of serious illness.
We cannot guarantee any success in healing, Reiki is metaphysical in nature and we do not claim to cure anything.
