DELIVERY

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail.

• Once you have placed your order, it will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• All orders are processed Monday - Friday, any orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched the following Monday.
• If you wish to receive or pickup your order out of these times we may be able to accommodate, so please email us on thecrystalcube.shop@gmail.com to enquire.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

• Orders can be collected Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
• A notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection - usually within 24 hours.
