Returns & Exchanges
Our number one priority is to ensure you are happy with our products and our service. Although all items purchased from The Crystal Cube are carefully packaged with love and care, we do understand from time to time your items may be damaged in transit, missing on arrival or you may have received the wrong item.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. We will do our very best to resolve any concerns as soon as possible. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of The Crystal Cube.
In case of damaged items, we may ask for photographic evidence of packaging and the damaged goods. Upon acceptance of items deemed damaged, products may need to be returned to us tracked before we can issue a refund. Refunds and exchanges in this instance may be considered at the discretion of The Crystal Cube.
