Aquamarine is closely connected with breathing, sometimes known as the breathe stone. These gorgeous pale blue rough chunks emit the soothing energy of the ocean. It's in the name after all. Us being made of up 70% water, Aquamarine really connects to the water elements within our body to heal, clear and cleanse.
Aquamarine evokes a quietness of the mind and allows a better tolerance towards the outside world making it a good crystal for healing anxiety. It opens the flow between the heart and the throat energy centres by bringing rejuvenation and renewal to the mind, body and spirit.

The name Aquamarine comes from the Latin aqua marinus, meaning “water of the sea,” and refers to its sparkling ocean-like colour.
