Chakras are energy centres located throughout the human body, through which energy flows.

There are seven main Chakras that are thought to be spinning wheels of energy, that should stay moving and aligned.

They can be affected by emotional or physical distress, and from time to time, we may need help balancing them, through Reiki, or crystal healing. 

 

Clear Quartz - Top of your head - Crown  - Enlightenment. Spiritual wisdom. An understanding of yourself. 
Amethyst - Centre of your forehead - Third Eye - Awareness. Intuition. Clear rational thinking.
Sodalite - Centre of the neck - Throat  - Communication. Honesty. To speak lovingly and thoughtfully.
Green Aventurine - Chest area - Heart  - Self love. Compassion. Being open to both giving and receiving love. 
Citrine - In the stomach area - Solar Plexus  - Transformation. Confidence to stand your ground. Maintain personal boundaries.
Carnelian - Below the naval - Sacral  - Passion and sexuality. Creativity will flow. Be in tune with your feelings.
Black Obsidian - Base of your spine - Root  - Grounding. Feel safe and supported. We feel like we belong. 

 

These crystals will allow you to accept and work on, what needs healing.
