Howlite is a soothing stone that is great for calming the mind and alleviating stress and anger in both you and those around you. It is also known to help with troubled sleep, so if you suffer with insomnia, place your Howlite Ganesh near the head of your bed or pillow.

Howlite is associated with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, so great to use during meditation and for researching past lives.

Each crystal will be cleansed and charged with Reiki Energy before being sent out to you. If you would prefer us not to do this, then please send us an email with your request.
