Smudge sticks are bundles of herbs that are burned as part of a ritual to cleanse a space of negative energy and promote healing.

These cleansing bundles of white sage are great for generating wisdom, clarity and healing, the sticks are to be lit and the smoke is used to cleanse and purify the person or area being smudged.

Salvia Apiana Sage is an evergreen shrub native to southern California and has long been burned for its reputed spiritual purifying properties. The Sage is hand picked and wrapped together in string.

Each Smudge stick is sold individually. Copper bowl not included.
